Transparent, competitive service fees. Customers also pay actual DMV fees (passed through at cost) and a small partner-processing fee until we hold our own state EVR permits.

About auto-renewal (optional)
For annual services like Registration Renewal, you can choose to auto-renew at the end of your registration period. If you opt in, here’s exactly what happens:
- Reminder first. We email you 45 days before each renewal with the upcoming charge amount (service fee + DMV fees + partner processing) and a one-click cancel link.
- Then the charge. 14 days before your registration expires, we charge your payment method on file at the then-current price. Service fee is set per state and shown on each renewal reminder; DMV fees are passed through at cost.
- Cancel anytime — one click. From Account > Subscriptions. No phone call. No chat session. Cancellation takes effect immediately; no further charges.
- Affirmative opt-in. We only enroll you in auto- renewal if you check a separate auto-renewal consent box at checkout. The default is one-time.
