How it works

   Pick service and state

   We support every US state, vehicles and vessels. Pricing — including the actual DMV passthrough — is shown before you pay.

2. Step 2
   Upload documents

   Snap a photo of your registration card or title. OCR pre-fills the rest. You can review and edit before submitting.

3. Step 3
   Pay securely

   Stripe-secured checkout. We don't store card data. You get an email receipt and an account where every order, document, and status is tracked.

4. Step 4
   We submit to the DMV

   Submissions are routed through a licensed registration-service partner today. As Lili's obtains direct EVR permits in each state, we transition that state to our own connection — no change for you.

5. Step 5
   Track status

   Watch progress in your account. We notify you the moment the state confirms your registration, title, or non-op filing.
